Currently there is no mechanism for specifying the service group to which a
proxy service should be added. A proxy service is always added to a new service
group which has the same name as the service. With this feature I plan to allow
the user to specify the service group for a proxy service. An optional
attribute called 'serviceGroup' will be introduced to the proxy service
configuration and when specified the service will be added to that service
group.
