Ability to set configuration parameters for endpoints

Endpoints can have user defined algorithms for load balancing. These algorithms
can accept parameters. But at the moment there is no standard way to define
these parameters for endpoints.
It will be nice to have something like following to configure an endpoint
<endpoint>
<address url=""/>
<parameter name="">value</parameter>*
</endpoint>
