Changes made:
* Added a boolean flag called 'anonymous' to AbstractEndpoint
* Added necessary getters and setters
* Updated endpoint serializers to not add the name attribute for anonymous
endpoints
* EndpointFactory marks endpoints as anonymous when auto generating names for
endpoints
