Request is cut when sending via synapse to tomcat.

on windows xp SP2 and Tomcat 5.5 with axis2-1.5.1

We are using the standalone synapse as proxy service which forwards a request
to the tomcat.
When sending the request directly to tomcat the request is processed correctly.
When sending the request via synapse the request is cut and the processing on
tomcat breaks.
I have monitored the requests with tcpmon and will attach the input and output
messages of synapse and the config file.
Obviously the message breaks during sending the 'BinarySecurityToken' !
Any idea what happens here ?
