I have come across some issues when running this sample. One such issue is that
Synapse does not send <ServiceGroupId/> returned by the service to the client.
<wsa:Reply-To/> header contains the <ServiceGroupId/> as a ReferenceParameters.
I will open a new ticket to track the above mentioned issue.
