In some scenario it's important to give the ability to change the WSDLEPRPrefix
property value using a property file or using a system property. For example.
when we have multiple Synapse instance with same axis2.xml but need to have
different WSDLEPRPrefix property values, having the ability to specify this
using a property file or a system property would be useful.
