Hi Gayan, I would say you have a look at one of the sms<http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/axis/axis2/java/transports/trunk/modules/sms/> , xmpp<http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/axis/axis2/java/transports/trunk/modules/xmpp/> or mail<http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/axis/axis2/java/transports/trunk/modules/mail/> transport code, which resides in the axis2 transport code base and get an understanding on how to write the twitter transport, anyway it is an interesting idea.
If at all possible, would you like to share the usecase that you are trying to address if there is any concrete usecase?
