Main and Fault sequences are allowed to be deleted

At the moment, synapse allows its main and fault sequences to be deleted. In
the absence of a main sequence, the Synapse runtime will create a default main
sequence that consists of an implicit send mediator (similar for the fault
sequence). I believe it is good to prevent main and fault sequences from being
deleted.
