Ruwan, Please remember that we had an agreement: "If a Sandesha2 release vote starts before the final Synapse release vote, you wait for the outcome of the Sandesha2 vote and publish Synapse with the released Sandesha2 version."
Sandesha2 1.4 was submitted for vote on Sunday and we have already collected the necessary binding votes. Unless somebody comes up with a blocking issue, the artifacts will be available in Maven central on Thursday morning. Anyway, while preparing the Sandesha2 release, I noticed that the NOTICE files in the artifacts were incomplete. Since you created a private branch before I did the fix for this issue, the Synapse release candidate also contains these incorrect files. Since this is a legal issue, my vote for Synapse RC3 would be -1 anyway. Also, the site doesn't implement the Apache Project Branding Requirements. This needs to be done by the end of 2011 Q1. Therefore the best is to do it right now.
