When we define soap hader block as a source node in xslt mediator ,after the
transformation total header block is getting removed..

When we give soap header block to be replaced with the target node in xslt
mediator, after the transformation synapse drops soap header from the message.
I have attached simple patch to fix above issue..please review and commit..
