When running Synapse with a resolving endpoint defined as a local entry
definition and under high concurrency level following fault message can be
seen.
Couldn't find the endpoint with the key :
It seems there is a possible synchronization issue in
ResolvingEndpoint#loadAndInitEndpoint, Entry#set/getMapper methods.
