Fix Version/s: 2.1
This concern has been addressed to an acceptable level in WSO2 Throttling
3.0.1. Fix is included in the Synapse 2.1 branch and now the throttling related
samples and integration tests are working.
A future release of WSO2 Throttling will properly address this issue by
implementing proper support for Neethi 3.0.x
