[VOTE] Miyuru Wanninayaka as a committer for Synapse

Hi All,

Miyuru has been a long term contributor for Synapse project. He has been
actively involved with the Synapse community and has contributed to many of
the synapse core level features ,  bug fixes and test improvements as well
..His contributions have been immensely helpful for improving Synapse over
the years and i believe he will be a great asset to Synapse community in
the future as well....

Here's my +1 for Miyuru...
