Description:
Some samples at test integration are failing while starting second instance of
synapse when there is a template library available at
./repository/conf/synapse-libs.
It generates following error.
ERROR LibDeployerUtils Error while creating directory :
/..../Apache/Synapse/trunk/modules/integration/target/temp/libs/1343678655782EIP_SynapseLib_Initial.zip/
