Within ProxyServices WSDLs can be specified as key or as uri. Specifying this
kind of resources as uri is very useful, especially in deployments where all
resources are on the local filesystem or hosted on a central http server.
The Validate mediator only supports specifying the schema as key, which results
in maintaining extra configuration items such as localEntries and resource
declarations for imports. Specifying the schema as a uri simplifies the
configuration.
