Secure vault module hasn't been actively developed over the years. I'm not sure
how useful or stable that part of the code is. Can we use the wso2 secure vault
library here? I believe it has much more features and is actively maintained.
If using that library is an option, I propose that we retire our securevault
module and take a dependency on the wso2 library. WDYT?
