Hi Ravi,

Thanks a lot for volunteering to be the RM for next release.
We first need to work on grant you commit rights.

For the release,
- We don't need to fix many issues, but I would like to get few more fixes
into passthrough transport to make it more stable.
- I upgraded axis2 and axiom versions yesterday and changed neethi version
to latest released one.
- We need to decide on woden version as we are depending on woden trunk at
the moment
- Then it is all about going through the release process
