You already provided a test case for this scenario using a proxy service
(SYNAPSE-1029). Do we need another one for APIs? I don't think there's any
difference at the transport level in how proxy requests and API requests are
handled.
If we must have this test case, I'd recommend merging it into the same
integration test case (Sample160). The test configuration can have a both proxy
and an API, and the same test case can exercise both endpoints.
