Hi dev,
IMO we should not incorporate this into the core code base since ISO8583 is a
guideline and many of the financial institutes have done a customized solution
on-top of ISO 8583.
This can be easily achieved by writing their own custom mediator too like [1]
or as i mentioned already. Therefore, we can resolve this issue.
