*Issue*
When there is a white spaces or new line in between the two URL mentioned in
the Endpoint List, request is not delivered.
*How to reproduce*
Enter couple of white space or new line in-between two URL in EP_LIST
({HOME}/repository/conf/sample/resources/recipients/EP_LIST ).
Start the server with {code}synapse.sh -sample 63{code}
