Hi all, I've been experimenting with Cloud IDEs and thought it'd be good to provide the Synapse project with proper integration to one.
While Github Codespaces is quite convenient, I decided to go with Gitpod <https://www.gitpod.io/> as it allows for a quite familiar VS Code development environment with full access to a Linux terminal (running on a Ubuntu machine) to be accessed for free. I've created a PR with the required changes which can be found here <https://github.com/apache/synapse/pull/56>. To actually check the veracity of Gitpod as a proper dev environment I did the development and testing of this integration entirely on Gitpod itself.
