ConnId does not provided any general specification for memberships, but only
for ACCOUNT and GROUP.
However, some connector bundles (namely, the LDAP connector bundle and the
derived AD JNDI connector bundle) support the concept of group membership via
some special attributes.
About propagation, a sample PropagationActions implementation has been already
provided [1].
Now I am going to provide something similar for SyncActions.
