Provide execution timeout for ConnectorFacadeProxy methods.
Timeout must be specified:
1. for 1_0_X by using a global configuration parameter (the same timeout for
each connector instance)
2. for 1_1_X by using a connector instance configuration parameter (different
timeout for different instance)
