Agree to move this issue as subtask of SYNCOPE-160: I can hardly imagine to
implement general password reset without a deep refactoring in the
authentication / authorization mechanisms.
Moreover, don't forget that use-case limited password reset can be currently
implemented (see an example [1]) at workflow-level.
