Currently SyncopeConf instances are <String, String> pairs: this has of course
various drawbacks (no check for mandatory values, enums not available, ...)
It should be relatively easy to create a set of SSchema / SAttr / SAttrValue /
SAttrUniqueValue (similar to what currently available for user / membership /
role) to replace the current SyncopeConf.
