I have made some minor changes in this issue:
1. the only components affected by locale are the admin console and the
documentation (mainly the wiki), even though I'd start with console and see how
we are getting after a while;
2. removed "Fix for version" - as soon as you are ready we will add it to the
next version planned at that time
I cannot really help with actual translation, but I'll try to create a wiki
page with some instructions about how to add a new language translation.
...and should your Italian employer send you back in its origin country we can
even hang on somewhere ;-)
