Step 1) Created two role (nested): Level 1 and Level 1.1.
Step 2) Created a new notification. (first screenshot) Level 1.1 is choosen.
Step 3) Save button has been pressed.
Step 4) Editing created notification shows Level 1 instead of Level 1.1
initially choosen
