Thanks for the patch: I have applied it with some minor tweaks and audit
management.
I had no problems with 1_1_X (http://svn.apache.org/r1514600), but
unfortunately it seems that trunk has issues probably due to recent changes in
2.7.7-SNAPSHOT because of CXF-5204, so for the moment I leave this issue open,
since trunk cannot be successfully built.
