I am currently working with INFRA via IRC to solve this issue:
basically, they have introduced sometime ago a limit of 100 MB on dist area.
It seems that a solution could be to first commit to dist/dev/ [2] then
move to dist/release/ [3] but for the moment this is not working as
well; once solved, I will proceed with release announcement and update
[4] with this dist change.
