This patch contains the full implementation but requires the changes from
CXF-5438; unfortunately, at the time being Jenkins has not deployed yet the
updated CXF 3.0.0-SNAPSHOT artifacts, hence committing the patch will result in
compilation errors.
I have just requested a new build for CXF on
[Jenkins|https://builds.apache.org/job/CXF-trunk-deploy/]: once this succeeds I
will be able to commit.
