This behavior occurs when an edit modal window is opened and then closed. To
reproduce the problem:
1) checkout branch 1_1_X
2) cd 1_1_X; mvn clean install
3) cd console; mvn -Pdebug
4) login into console
5) go under Configuration and edit (open edit modal window) a parameter
6) close edit modal window (with link or with ESC)
7) click on another page link, Users for example
