With archetype I get follow exception:

I resolved it copying the same antrun configuration of the console pom under:
archetype/src/main/resources/archetype-resources/console/pom.xml. Precisely
phase of setupActivitiModeler is wrong because is process-test-resource instead
of process-resource.
Does it make sense?
