Description:
The following binary artifacts need customized LICENSE & NOTICE, according to
[ASF rules|http://apache.org/dev/apply-license.html#new]:
# syncope-build-tools-XXX.war
# syncope-XXX-.war
# syncope-console-XXX.war
# syncope-standalone-XXX-distribution.zip
# apache-syncope-XXX.deb
# apache-syncope-console-XXX.deb
# syncope-installer-XXX-uber.jar
Currently this is managed via the files contained in the {{legal_ext}} top
directory, but seems now insufficient.
