There is sometimes the need to manage, on a given IdM project, the way how
propagation / sync / push errors are handled; for example, trying to recover a
propagation exception somehow.
This feature is for introducing suitable {{onError()}} methods on
{{PropagactionActions}}, {{SyncActions}} and {{PushActions}}.
