Fix For: 2.0.0
Add feature so that an user can be forced by an administrator to change
password at next login.
The idea is that, when such flag is set on a given user and such user is
requesting any REST resource, the only authorized method is the one for
updating the own password value; all other resources will raise an appropriate
error message.
