Since about 7 hours ago, at Syncope we are experiencing some misbehaviors:
1. commit messages do not generate JIRA comments - at least [1] and
[2] were expected to add comments to related issues
2. no commit nor issue notifications are sent to our IRC channel
#apache-syncope
3. github mirror not in sync as you can see by comparing [3] and [4]
