Currently the CXF dependency is set to 3.1.5-SNAPSHOT, which is going to be
released in (at least) one month time.
Since some enhancements (compared to 3.1.4) are currently in use, this issue is
for tracking the changes required to track:
# the downgrade from 3.1.5-SNAPSHOT to 3.1.4 (for 2.0.0-M1)
# the upgrade from 3.1.4 to 3.1.5 (for 2.0.0)
