Add the REST endpoint for requesting that all members of a given group (users
or any objects) are provisioned to all resources assigned to such group.
This is particularly useful when a new group is created, or an update about
assigned resources or dynamic membership conditions occurs.
The admin console should provide handles for invoking such new feature.
