The {{AbstractPropagationTaskExecutor}} does not currently leverage ConnId's
capabilities to return the created / updated / deleted {{Uid}}, hence under
certain conditions no {{afterObject}} is generated for usage with
{{PropagationActions}}, notifications, audit and so on.
