as far as I can see from [1], I also recognize some similarities between Apache Syncope and Keycloak, but I find the latter more concentrated on the Access Management side - hence its foundation specifications are reported to be

OAuth 2.0, Open ID Connect, JSON Web Token (JWT) and SAML 2.0

At least for the moment, none of such specifications is handled in any way into Syncope core - maybe OAuth 2.0 in the near future, see SYNCOPE- 534.

For this reason, being the wiki page above related to "SAML-based products and services", and having Syncope no relationship with SAML in any way, I don't think it is worth including in that page.

Apache CXF Fediz, instead, would be definitely a good fit.
