Yes, exactly: it would be implemented as an approval form, which is part of the

If you are running the standalone distribution or in embedded mode (hence using
the test workflow), you can:
# create as admin from admin console (or self-register, via enduser) an user
with membership of the {{groupForWorkflowApproval}} group
# go to the admin console (as admin) and click on the widget on the top bar,
then to "View alla approvals"
# click on the rightmost icon ("Claim"), then to the edit link: you are now
given the possibility to review the current user ("View details") and to
approve or reject it
