Hi all,
now that the new documentation is officially published as part of
2.0.0.M5, I would like to go through each page in our wiki and mark it
with an admonition header (where applicable) explaining that such page's
content is applicable to <= 1.2 and that for >= 2.0 the new
documentation (with link) should be considered instead.
I have also added a warning at [1].
Any objection?
