- is the signing key in the project's KEYS file and on a public server

Hi,
as reported by Colm via IRC [1], there is an error when building from
the source zip file, probably due to the fact that since 2.0.0.M5 we
have taken the source zip generation from ASF parent pom into our parent
pom.
For this reason, I'll cancel the vote in progress straight away, fix the
problem and hopefully start a new vote.
