----------------------------------
Hi Sergey, sorry I don't understand what you mean.
Syncope already handles wildcards (and issues a SQL LIKE) :
https://github.com/gonzalad/syncope/blob/bbee3af7676bf566554bfb429191002890d1b577/core/persistence-jpa/src/main/java/org/apache/syncope/core/persistence/jpa/dao/JPAAnySearchDAO.java#L772
I believe that for this feature, we need either :
* custom fiql operator (i.e. givenName eqi Martin, eqi meaning for example
equalsIgnoreCase)
* custom fiql functions (i.e. loweCase(givenName) eq lowerCase(Martin))
Both of these would then issue a JPQL filter like `WHERE lower(givenName) lower
(':param')`
> Case insensitive search

> Handle case insensitive search in syncope.
> i.e. querying all users with an attribute givenName that matches (case
> insensitive) 'martin' would return :
> * Martin
> * martin
> * mArtin
> A nice thing would be to provide a FIQL feature for this (with a custom
> operator ? with some fiql functions ?).
