As mentioned on the user mailinglist, when creating a CSVDir connector I can
assign key column and status column name but these are not available in the
mapping interface of the assigned resource. This results in a error on saving
the mapping dialog:
Unable to find property: 'connObjectKeyValidation')
If I supply a mapping from username to __NAME__ or __UID__ the mapping gets
created and I'm able to pull in accounts from CSVDir resource.
