two new issues, labelled with gsoc2017 as request:

Moreover, I have added the gsoc2017 label to the long-standing

As a result, now the three of them are shown in

GSoC 2017 is coming, and The ASF will be again part of it.
Last year we had our fist experience with GSoC and, as a result, there
is now an Eclipse IDE plugin among our published artifacts.
We could also have a Netbeans IDE plugin, but that one was a bit
unfortunate, and by the way a PR on such subject is still being worked.
I was wondering if we want to propose something for this year too; here
are my ideas:
* SCIM v2 RESTful interface (naturally, if Adrian is not still
working
on it, or not intentioned to contribute it back)
* Social registration for Enduser UI
* Support for enroll / associate mobile devices to users via
Enduser UI

but something else like a mobile app for administrator with TODO list
or system arch (to check whether every connectors are "green")?

+1 for Francesco's proposals. I would add also:
* Enduser UI HTML templating. Despite this task has to be deeply
analyzed.
and also +1 for Massimiliano's one, very interesting and killing feature!
I only wonder if a mobile application "fits" GSOC timing, maybe is it
a too wide task?
