Open one of the admin console pages (Realms for example).
Create a new approval event (user self-update from enduser console for
example). This is possible only if workflow for that user is correctly set to
update -> updateApproval.
Notification icon does not refresh on new approval event if you remain in the
current page of the admin console, even if we navigate among tabs of the
current page.
Notification flag refreshes only if we change page.
