I turned on email debug mode as described in the reference guide:
https://syncope.apache.org/docs/reference-guide.html#e-mail-configuration
I restarted tomcat and created a notification task.
Unfortunately; I am unable to spot any email debug info on “handshake,
authentication, delivery and disconnection” in catalina.out or core.log or
console.log.
