Resolution: Invalid
[~andrea.patricelli] is right; we do have a build process set up to run on
Windows (last success from one of yesterdays'commit is
https://ci.appveyor.com/project/ApacheSoftwareFoundation/syncope/build/963),
checkstyle does not have issues, as you can see.
