Create a clean Syncope installation from archetype.
1. Login into Admin Console and go to Dashboard -> Control
2. Refresh reconciliation status by clicking on the wrench button and then
refresh (top right of the Reconciliation status tab). You will see an empty
table and USER and GROUP tabs.
3. Click either on USER or GROUP tab and you'll see the NPE.
